How crypto and passive income changed my life

I’ve never really been great with money.
I had a fluke investment in XRP around the 2017 Bull-run that prompted me to pay more attention, but with no real end goal or purpose.
I spent most of my 20s chasing the quick wins & the elusive overnight millionaire play that never came.
That all changed in 2021 — Mid pandemic.
I was made redundant from my Marketing role only a week after my partner told me she was pregnant with our first child.
This flipped my world upside down — I HAD to support my family & my somewhat irresponsible attitude to money wasn’t sustainable anymore. I had to make my move.
I transformed from an aimless wanderer to a driven, knowledge-hungry machine overnight. If my job could be taken away that easily, I had to come up with a way of supporting my family if it was to ever happen again.
I bought a ledger and I began researching long term utility-driven crypto, NFTs, Defi and passive income.
Thankfully I landed another Marketing role relatively quickly. The wage was a substantial amount greater than I’d ever been paid before. I began investing a massive amount of my monthly income.
My goal was to build wealth.
Investing for both ourselves & on behalf of our unborn son so he could know the value of money from an early age and have the best possible start in life.
Our wealth began to grow & we managed to get a mortgage on our first home with our savings & I asked my partner to marry me (thankfully a yes!)
I stumbled upon a video on my nightly research that discussed Project X and the model I have since come to love.
I read everything I could and watched all the videos available. I joined the Project X Discord and found one of the most welcoming and genuine communities I’d ever been a part of.
We pooled together enough to buy 3 nodes (about $1200 at the time) & our journey began.
We compounded nodes & purchased a few more. I even won nodes for a video I made for Project X about our journey so far.
We were welcomed and helped along the way by the Project X team and community members (Honorable mention to my good friend PXTMillyMeathead ❤️).
My partner and I welcomed our son to the world on March 20th. With our 16 nodes at the time of writing, we can pay our mortgage payment with the passive income generated from Project X.
This project means a lot to us.
We continue to tell everyone who will listen about how parenthood, passive income and most importantly, Project X has changed our lives.
